I would classify myself as an artist. It took me a while to finally accept that monicker, but that's what I am; AN ARTIST!!! I have a wonderful hubs that supports my "talents" in most all avenues, except maybe when the credit card bill comes in the mail...LOL
And I have 4 great kids and 5 beautiful grandchildren that I love to pieces. Come on by and sit a spell and
"STAMP 'TIL YA CRAMP!!! & "CROP 'TIL YA DROP!!!"
My mama and brother were in a very serious car accident (see car pic) in June of '72. They were both in the hospital for approx. 3 to 4 weeks. Mama had a dislocated shoulder, cuts and scrapes, broken ribs, punctured lung. My brother had internal injuries, 1/2 his spleen had to be removed, and his left leg was broken in several places. As you can see from the pic Mama was in a body cast and her left arm was included. My brother's left leg was in a cast up to his hip. My nephew was also in the car, but he wasn't thrown out like my Mama and brother. He actually crawled out thru the broken windshield and received a gash on his back that required a few stitches.
Yep, now you are seeing me in a cast on my left arm as well...... LOL Mama and Micky had no sooner got home from the hospital when.........
I was in the yard riding my bike, minding my own business....when all of a sudden my bike bucked me off and I landed on my arm on top of a huge rock. Both bones in my arm was broken and the bone came thru the skin. Mama, not able to help much already in a cast, called a neighbor and we all drove to the hospital. The nurses and drs. got a good laugh that day . We were known as the unluckiest family around. We were quite the sight for about 6 weeks after that. Everywhere we went we got questions regarding all the casts........Bwahahahahahahahahaha!!! Daddy would just shake his head.
We all made a great recovery and survived to tell our story!!!
Until later, lucky listeners......Gotta split......TFL!!!!!!
