About Me

My photo
I would classify myself as an artist. It took me a while to finally accept that monicker, but that's what I am; AN ARTIST!!! I have a wonderful hubs that supports my "talents" in most all avenues, except maybe when the credit card bill comes in the mail...LOL And I have 4 great kids and 5 beautiful grandchildren that I love to pieces. Come on by and sit a spell and "STAMP 'TIL YA CRAMP!!! & "CROP 'TIL YA DROP!!!"

I'm tickled PINK......

To be participating in this challenge.
I'm a horror movie buff and love anything scary.

When I thought of this challenge to use pink in a scary/macabre way....I instantly thought of the shower scene from the classic movie.....Psycho !
Yeah, I know.....the movie was in black and white, but I can just see the shower curtain was pink in real life.  Bwahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

I used the Heritage cartridge for the bathtub (layered it twice to give it a shadow for her to stand in and Forever Young for the girl sihlouette, I had to do a little strategic trimming to get her clothes off though.  The shower curtain is vellum that I rubbed with some pink ink and used a MS border punch on the bottom.
The sentiment is from a fortune cookie stamp and the inside it says "Means trouble."

I was going to add a knife somewhere on here,  but I liked it more vague.  The movie itself is Alfred Hitchcock vague, what's better than the unknown.......Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

Get cleaned up and come on over and be a guest in the challenge too...... Haunted Design House is the place.

Until later, my pretties..........Gotta split............TFL!!!!!

I am not sure - is she wearing a hat?
I've never seen Psycho (it's on my To Do List) but I've read that Hitchcock used chocolate sauce for the blood in the shower scene as real stage blood did not have the effect he wanted.
Great card with a brilliant theme.
