About Me

My photo
I would classify myself as an artist. It took me a while to finally accept that monicker, but that's what I am; AN ARTIST!!! I have a wonderful hubs that supports my "talents" in most all avenues, except maybe when the credit card bill comes in the mail...LOL And I have 4 great kids and 5 beautiful grandchildren that I love to pieces. Come on by and sit a spell and "STAMP 'TIL YA CRAMP!!! & "CROP 'TIL YA DROP!!!"

Sweet beginnings....

Today is a new release of this bride image at Modern Sugar Blvd. The DT challenge was for us to use something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue on our creation. The old is the buttons, new is the image (teehee), the borrowed could also be something someone gave you, mine is the blue card stock (from my niece) and the blue....well, duh!!!!! bwahahahahahaha. Very minimal coloring on her and the background behind her is chalked. The 'best wishes' wording is stamped in versamark and then white embossing powder. It came together fairly quickly and no this isnt the card that is going to my niece that got married yesterday.Free Smiley Courtesy of www.millan.net I will show you that one at a later date.
I'm throwing the bouquet to you and you need to go back, back, back...yeah right there on Modern Sugar Blvd. Great catch!!!!! While you're there check out all the new stuff; you're gona love it !!!!
Until later, Brides, Brides to be, and ol' married women.....LOL.....Gotta split......TFL !!!!

I really like the way you have added the gradually smaller buttons on the side Crystal. I love that designer paper too! Now what do I do with this bouquet I caught?
