I have a friend that recently lost her father. I feel her pain; as I have lost both of my parents sooo many years ago. Both of my parents had tragic endings. My Daddy was in a traffic accident when I was just 16 yrs.old and my Mama suffered a long battle with lung cancer just 7 yrs. later.....when I was a young 23 yrs. old. I miss them both sooo much still today. A week doesn't go by that I don't think about them and wish they could be here to enjoy their grands and great-grands.
My friend is a lady that we scrapbook with and she has had a rough time recently with her father suffering from alzheimers and heart problems. I know she'll be fine as she has great moral support from her family and friends.

Hi Crystal this is a very beautiful card and will be perfect for your friend. I lost my dad when I was 23yrs old he died suddenly after no illness, so it was a shock, I still think of him each day and sometimes I dream that he is back with us, unfortunately it is never so.
