Cutie pie........

Quick card for a sketch challenge at Hambo Stamps blog. Last minute rush to get this one done. Still soooo very busy around here that I don't have time to think anymore. This is the cutest stamp, I love it. Can't stay and chat....Jeff is home and that's a rare thing to have him home. One day I hope he can be home more......

Happy Father's Day...in the near furture!!!

I always have to try out new things.... I read about, heard about and youtubed the making of t-shirts using a cricut. Well, it was SOOOOOO easy. Cutting the freezer paper was super smooth going thru the machine....that was the scary part. The rest was a smooth, cool summer breeze. I have SCAL (Sure cuts a lot) program so I can download pretty much anything and then trace the image using SCAL and the cricut will then cut it. Inside joke in our family is that when Jeff leaves a message for Harlee on voicemail he uses his best Darth Vader voice and always ends the msg with the famous saying from the Star Wars movie.... "I am your father" Recently he started using the Yoda voice..... hmmmm now to come up with a shirt for that one. I thought this shirt would go over well as he (Jeff) is in the process of adopting Harlee. We are now waiting on the court date. Harlee told him he would have to wear the t-shirt under his suit....Bwahahahahahahaha. Wonder where she gets her sense of humor from..... So, that was the "BIG" event I was telling you all about..... It makes me tear up just typing it here. Wish us the best of luck, but I know there won't be any glitches.

I loved Hanna Stamps. I really miss that there not any more new ones coming out. I made this card for our Dentist and his staff. They are the sweetest bunch of people. They are the most considerate when dealing with Harlee. I think I'm more nervous than she is during her visits. Harlee has to have a root canal thursday, but I know she will do awesome. I cut the tooth out free-hand and then used a sharpie to outline it.

Punch bug....PINK ONE!!!!

Today I created a card using stamps from Stamp N plus Scrap N. Lots of things to choose from over there.

The 'bug' is from a set called "Feelin' Groovy". I love the new VW commercials that are out now. We used to punch each other black and blue when we were little when we saw a VW. I created the background paper using another stamp from the set using versamark and clear embossing powder.

Getting better all the time!!!

One of the lastest scrapbook pages I've done. This is Booboo....now you see why we call him Booboo....bwahahhahahaahahah. I had just given him a bath and dried him with the blow dryer, yep he loves the blow dryer. Then he decided to top it off with some dried leaves. He's is such a Bad boy....but I love him anyway. He's due for another bath and I know he will probably do it again. As old as he is you would think that he wouldn't take up any new habits. But he has and this is the result. He just started to roll in the yard and he looks like he thoroughly enjoys it. Oh well I guess it could be worse.

Now onto me.....LOL Tummy seems better and no more hives. But I still have some residual itching from them. But in a few days I will be back to my 'ol self again.
