Roop-a-toot kinda day!!!

This is where I'll be spending most of the day!!!!

Today is field day at Harlee's school and I will be attending. It's called Roop-a-toot day!! The school is right behind our house and I will walk down there and enjoy the sunshine and warm weather. Then, I'll be back home to chill the rest of the afternoon; well after I go to Hobby Lobby to use my 40% off coupon.....teehee!!!!!

busy day.....

I haven't gotten down to my studio today until now. I found out that my little brother was in a serious accident at work yesterday. He was making cabinets for the shop when the skill saw kicked back and he cut his leg pretty severely. He won't be working for at least 6 weeks. I made him a get well card and I'm gonna slip a Walmart gift card in there to help out with whatever his family may need.

He's a good 'ol boy and deserves to not have to worry about anything.

Hey CHICK...it's almost Easter!!!!

These are for my older kiddo's. Of course I make all the grands a little sumpin' sumpin', I will show you that later!!! Heck I may even slip a few greenbacks in the cards too!!! Kids always need money no matter the age, right?????

Working on a huge dealio at my house and will let you all in on the secret when I can. It has nothing to do with the crafting world at all, and NO...heck NO I'm not pregnant.....bwahahahahahahaha!!!

It's almost "bunny" season...

I made my hubs his own special easter 'bunny'.....bwahahahahahahahaha!!! I hope he thinks that it looks like me!!!!! I loved Hanna Stamps, they were among my favs to purchase. Sad to see them go!!!! I made her bunny outfit using one of the dress' in the set. Then I used a glue pen and embossing powder to make the tail fluff!!!! Punched out a heart and cut in half to make the ears and embossed those as well.

Well, I'm hopping to the post office to mail a few cards .......

to find your PRINCE....well at least I did....bwahahahahahaha!!! He is certainly a prince to me!!! The stamp is from Hanna Stamps....and the sentiment and crown are from a clear set that I found at Big Lots recently. I had to draw a mustache on him because my prince has one....teehee.

Just a swangin'......

I love to swing, yep even today!!! If I see a swing I have to get on it and see how high I can go. We have two porch swings because Jeff likes to just 'bump' a little. I'm on my swing riding it like its a ride at an amusement park......bwahahahahahahaha!!!

I made the medallion using a corner punch. I saw this on another blog....forgive me who's ever idea it was......I can't remember where I saw it at. But it turned out pretty cute. You can see I also used the corner punch to create the border as well.

Cricut playin'

I was playing with my Cricut and my new cartridge Paper pups and came up with this card. Have I told you how much I LOVE my Cricut....I procrastinated for yrs about getting one, but I finally broke down and bought one. I'm so glad that I did. I mainly bought it to make titles for my scrapbook pages. I hate buying a whole package of letter stickers and only using so few of them. No More!!!!!

I also bought Sure-Cuts-a-Lot program so I can use any font that I have downloaded on my computer......LOVE IT!!!!
